Is the free mockup really free? What if I don't like it?
Yes. No deposit and nothing to sign. The mockup is a design of your brand homepage so you can see the result first; it isn't a live website yet. If you don't like it, just let us know. You pay nothing.
I run a small business. Do I need a website like this?
Especially while you're growing. Customers who haven't visited your shop or tried your product judge you by the website they see on their phone. When it looks reliable, they feel safe contacting you, and you can quote with more confidence.
Why only RM1,799 for this standard?
Because we focus on the one page that drives the most sales: your brand homepage. Our layouts and process come from more than 1,000 projects, you provide the content and we refine it with AI tools, and the time saved is money saved for you. Add pages or languages from the price list only when you need them.
Are there hidden fees? What do I pay in year two?
No. Every fee is in the price list on this page; your formal quotation only includes those items, with SST shown separately. From year two you only renew Web Hosting at RM350 a year and your Domain Name at RM80 to RM120 a year, plus RM699 a year if you added SitePilot (CMS Basic). Renewal prices stay the same as year one unless our suppliers change theirs.
Can I use my own Web Hosting?
No. All websites are hosted with O2O Web Hosting so we can handle launch and technical issues directly. Hosting with O2O also includes a free Digital Name Card design and account, renewed each year.
What do I need to prepare? Who writes the content?
Start with your company name, industry, products or services, service areas and contact details. A logo, photos, your current website or social media links help too. You provide the final content, because nobody knows your business better; we polish it with AI tools and you approve it.
Can the mockup be changed?
Yes. Once you confirm and pay, we start revisions, with three rounds included; beyond that it's RM350 an hour. Before signing, you can tell us what you'd like changed, and we'll apply it in the first round after payment.
How soon does it go live after payment? Who owns the website and domain?
Revisions start once payment is received, and the site goes live about 2 to 3 days after your approval. Multi-page or multi-language sites depend on the number of pages and how quickly you send your materials. Your website content, design and Domain Name belong to you. The only exception is SitePilot, O2O's in-house CMS, which remains O2O's and is provided for your use.
